This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all services provided by Ismail Bouchareb – Remote IT Services, including but not limited to remote software installation, system configuration, optimization, security setup, troubleshooting, business software setup, and backup or cloud configuration.
All services offered are digital and remote-only. No physical goods are shipped, and no on-site visits are provided.
By purchasing a service, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
Nature of Services
All services are delivered remotely through secure connection tools (such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or equivalent).
Because these services involve time, expertise, and direct technical work, they are considered non-returnable digital services once work has begun.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered due to a fault on our side
- A technical issue prevented the service from being started, and no work was performed
- The service cannot be completed due to compatibility issues that were not disclosed prior to purchase
- Duplicate payment was made for the same service
Each refund request is reviewed individually.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The service was successfully delivered and completed
- The client changes their mind after the service has started
- The issue is caused by third-party software, hardware failure, unsupported systems, or client-side restrictions
- The client fails to provide access, credentials, or required information necessary to complete the service
- The service outcome does not meet subjective expectations when the service was delivered as described
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if:
- Only part of the agreed service could be completed
- The service was interrupted due to unforeseen technical limitations
The amount refunded will correspond to the portion of the service not delivered.

To request a refund, the client must contact support within 7 days of the service purchase or scheduled delivery date.
Refund requests must include:

- Email address used for purchase
- Service name
- Clear explanation of the issue
All requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method used during purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
